I am such a shopperholic...and i just dun spend in tens but by the hundreds...this is really bad and my savings a/c is sadly depreciating by the hr...*sigh*
I ever read this book by Sophie Kinsella- "Confessions of a shopperholics", "Shopperholics takes Manhattan" and "Shopperholic ties the knot"..abt how this particular woman feels that buying a pair of shoes or a new jacket can change her life..its absolutely hilarious and captivating..i suggest shopperholics like me and those who dun have a flair for shopping can still read for amusement... :)
Luckily the only thing i bought in Amsterdam was this pair of white wedges from MNG costing me EU$69.90..Been waiting for it to arrive in the shops in SIN and wen i laid my eyes on the wedges , i told myself i simply must have it, even though the wedges were pretty high and white in colour giving me an excuse to get this absolutely adorable white straw bag with flower applique from Coach wic i most probably be buying either late today or latest on Friday and dats gonna make me abt $600 poorer....ah well ..the setbacks of luxury shopping.....i simply must stop and concentrate on more basic essentials..*sigh*
I am still dilligently setting aside $10/day and will rise the stakes to $20 come May.....And ive put more and more of my luxury bags on auction altho' a few i find it sad to part with but rule of a thumb- if i dun use someting within 3 mths, its gotta go....
Moral of this story- If i sell enough...i can buy and replace them right...hahaha... *smiles ever so sweetly*
Right back to sorting my forever bursting wardrobe......
