It was our very first high tea date in Sin...hehehe...Met em at Hilton but was disappointed with the spread. They ordered tea each before i came to join and when we decided to go elsewhere for high tea, we asked for the check only to get a BIG shock that the tea each cost almost $10!!! Thats daylight robbery for a mere tea even though gst plus service tax was included in the total. So we headed to cafe vienna and the ongoing promotion for every 5th diner to pay $1 in total, we paid abt $25 each for a really good spread. And its cafe vienna where anything and everything is halal...weee i went on a rampage especially when i woke up really late today at 1330H and didnt grab a bite before i left. The teh tarik although came from a machine was so surreal...yummy! and the sconess...ooohhhh mar-ve-licious...i could continue swooning over the food but i don't wanna drool over my keyboard. Haha!
So after our tummies were filled..Burp!! we chked out MNG sale...As per normal, long queues and so on and we 5 very malas to look thru the racks ..so went on a bout of window shopping and well duh, i bought some stuffs..yes yes don't look at me like that..arent i a true blue shopperholics...
So it was going late and ive got a morning shift tomorow *groans* so we bade farewell and promised on our next chocoholics date after Syd since all of us are doing it so no excuse that we arent free on that date. I cant wait .....I know its gonna be a sinful treat but heck, who cares!
Time to get my stuffs ready for work...Still thinking if i shd attend tomorow's gathering or not after work coz im afraid im gonna be damn tired and grumpy for sure....well...we will see...
